How does your service work?

We make waste management hassle-free by ensuring your trash bins are moved to the curb and back the next day when they’re empty. Let us handle the heavy lifting rain or shine and save you the time and effort. You can choose one of our regular service plans, or request on-demand assistance as needed.

Where do you operate?

We currently operate in the Cincinnati, Ohio, counties of Hamilton and Butler. For on-demand service (emergencies, vacations, illness, etc., there’s still a chance we can serve you outside of these counties even if you're not in our coverage area so don't hesitate to contact us!

What is the cost of your service?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime during the first month of service and the unused funds will be returned. After the first month of service, no partial credits or refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the monthly service fee during the billing cycle.

What if my trash/recycle schedule changes?

Just let us know and we'll adjust your service to align with the new schedule to ensure uninterrupted convenience.

What method of payments are accepted?

We accept Venmo, Cash App, or cash.

When is payment made?

One month payment is due prior to our service beginning. (Cancel anytime during the first month, and the remainder of unused funds will be returned. Please note that this policy is during the first month of service only.) The following payments are due prior to the next month’s service. If no payment is made, we’ll assume you have canceled the service.

Who is Troy?

Troy is a sweet black cat who survived major trauma as a kitten, leaving him with a badly broken leg. His story, and how rescuers saved his life, inspired the founding of this company. Through our services, we're raising money so more animals like Troy can be helped.  Read Troy's story >
